The Public Information is available to users through the 411King.com people search feature. 411King does not evaluate each piece of information provided and makes no guarantees to 411King users about the accuracy. You agree that there are no warranties or guarantees whatsoever regarding the information provided. You agree to rely on the information available through 411King.com at Your own risk.

Payment

411King offers two types of standard accounts.

a) One time orders. Your debit or credit card or PayPal account will be billed at the time of your purchase for a one-time fee.

b) Monthly subscription account for which you will be charged the trial fee immediately upon enrollment and you will have seven (7) days from the time of enrollment to try out 411King.com’s Services under the Unlimited Search Membership. If you not cancel within the 7 days of the trial period you will be charged for the monthly fee every thirty (30) days thereafter, unless and until you cancel.

c) Current Pricing and Price Modification. All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except that prices for an order that have been accepted by 411King.com. We reserve the right to change products, prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice.

d) Cancellation Policy. You may cancel any Membership at any time by going to http://www.411King.com/accounts , email your cancellation request to or by calling our customer support line. We're open Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM Eastern Time (Holiday hours may vary).

e) Reversals and Charge backs. 411King.com considers charge backs and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of our services and will be treated as such. 411King.com reserves the right of filing a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being logged and monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a customer if there is fraudulent use and/or theft of our services.

f) Order Delivery. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. We will not be obligated to supply a Product to you until we have accepted your order for such. Until the time when we accept your order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order and you reserve the right to cancel your order. If you have cancelled your order before we have accepted it, or if we cancel your order at any time for any reason, then we will promptly refund any payment already made by you or your credit/debit card company to us for the order of the Product(s).
